Special Containment Protocols:
Site-358-FI is located approximately 30 km northwest of Joensuu, Finland. The facility is surrounded by a double-perimeter security fence, each 5 m in height and topped with barbed wire. The interdicted zone between the fences is monitored by motion sensors and patrolled continuously by armed security personnel.
Access to Site-358-FI is restricted to authorized Foundation staff only. A single secure gate functions as the official entry and exit point. All personnel and vehicles are subject to biometric verification, inspection, and clearance procedures in accordance with Foundation Regulation ███-█.
The surrounding region is designated a restricted military training area by the Finnish government under Foundation cover authority. A permanent no-fly zone with a 5 km radius is enforced by the Finnish Air Force, and all civilian traffic is redirected through controlled routes.
Description:
Site-358-FI is a specialized SCP Foundation containment and research facility, established to house anomalous objects and entities requiring adaptation to colder climate conditions.
The facility comprises:

Site-358-FI has overseen the containment of several anomalous entities adapted to or producing extreme cold conditions. Notably:

Research contributions from Site-358-FI have directly influenced containment protocols now applied across multiple Foundation installations.

All data concerning specific SCPs contained at Site-358-FI is restricted to Level 4 personnel or higher. Unauthorized access attempts will result in immediate disciplinary review and potential reassignment to Class E personnel status.
